UPDATE: Barbara Olive Culbert (born Olive Barbara Culbert) died 10 November 2011 at Streamway Villa in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. I found her obituary and added this update on 27 February 2021. If anyone has further information about Barbara and her family, please contact me.

Barbara grew up at 180 Bruce Street with her sister, Marjorie and her parents, Ernest Adolphus Culbert and Mary Rose (Wilson) Culbert. Barbara was the granddaughter of Thomas Culbert and Letitia Dempster.

Barbara was a graduate nurse from Sarnia General Hospital. On 25 April 1936, she married James Walter “Jim” Youngman (born 1912 in Winnipeg); a graduate of the University of Manitoba and the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Youngman.
Jim died suddenly on 5 November 1962, age 49. They’d been living at that time on Lorne Park Road in Mississauga with their three children: a boy and two girls.
Barbara remarried to a man with the surname “Moore.” Update: Her second husband's name was Allan Moore.
Barbara’s daughter, Dr. Susan (Youngman) Mitchell was a graduate of Lorne Park Secondary School in Mississauga who went on to become a family physician. Susan died 4 September 2003 in Huntsville, Ontario, age 56.
