Have you been putting off your New Year's resolutions for the past 90 years?...
If so, here's a resolution I hope you'll consider.
Please write a biographical piece this year about yourself or one of your relatives for the Culbert Family History blog.
We're very fortunate that some of you have contributed biographies. Much appreciated! Only you can tell the stories of your ancestors and relatives the way they should be told. If you leave it up to me, I can only relate the basic details without that personal touch that brings life to a story.
If you don't consider yourself a writer, send me an outline about yourself or your relative and I'll write it up for you. I would also appreciate receiving more family photos.
Unfortunately, some of the people who'd promised pieces for the blog have died. It's a great loss for family history when stories remain untold.
Thanks to everyone who made a contribution to the Culbert Family History blog.
Happy New Year!
CULBERT FAMILY HISTORY is a genealogy blog dedicated to the descendants of pioneers John Culbert and Mary Ward. John and Mary left Ireland in 1840, purchasing 100 acres on the Coursey Line in what is now known as The Township of Lucan-Biddulph, Middlesex County, Ontario, Canada. We also welcome the descendants of John Culbert's siblings, cousins, and other relatives.
