This postcard was sent to my maternal grandmother, Mabel (Kerslake) Patrick in 1907.
Although Mabel wasn't a Culbert descendant, her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Patrick married Milward Taylor "Mel" Culbert of Lucan, Ontario: the great-grandson of John Culbert & Mary Ward.
Mabel often attended Culbert get-togethers. She loved her son-in-law Mel and his "Culbert sense of humour."
Most of the postcards in my collection are from my mother's side of the family rather than from the Culbert side. So if you have any postcards from Culbert descendants, please share them with us.
